Is morality something we discover, like the laws of physics? Or is it something we make up, like the rules of chess?
Join us at Pour&Ponder as we grapple with philosophical questions about the very foundations of right and wrong.
As always, the evening begins with a complimentary drink, followed by a 45-minute lecture, Q&A, and open networking. Come sip, think, and connect.
Speaker
Dr. Neil Mehta
Professor of Philosophy at the National University of Singapore. He likes to think about the nature of consciousness, perception, morality, and knowledge. When he is not doing that, he is probably playing board games or eating peanut butter.
